Numanul Subhani has recently completed his Master of Computer Science within the School of Computer Science at the University of Windsor. He is currently doing his PhD in Computer Science, also at Windsor under Dr Luis Rueda and Dr Alioune Ngom’s supervision. His research focuses on DNA microarray data analysis, especially in clustering and phase detection, pattern recognition and bioinformatics protocols. SaaS-based application design is one of his other passions. Currently, he is actively involved in the analysis for detecting gene pathways in early detection of breast cancer. He previously worked as Data Integration Manager and also as a Unix Administrator in Toronto’s high-tech industry.
